Terms & Conditions: House of Kennedy - Chatswood Chase
Tourism Passport Promotion

1. Promotion Eligibility
   Customers who spend $15,000 or more on eligible products at House of Kennedy, Chatswood Chase during the Chatswood Chase Tourism Passport promotional period will receive one $1,500 House of Kennedy Voucher (delivered electronically. Customers must present a valid Chatswood Chase Tourism Passport at the time of purchase to be eligible for the promotion.
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion is available for the duration of the official Chatswood Chase Tourism Passport promotional period.
3. Voucher Entitlement
   A maximum of one $1,500 Voucher per customer will be issued during the promotional period.
4. Eligible Purchases
   The qualifying spend must be made on eligible stocked products at House of Kennedy, Chatswood Chase and is subject to product availability. Spare parts, repairs, service requests, gift cards and other vouchers do not contribute towards the qualifying spend.
5. Returns and Cancellations
   If a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned, refunded or cancelled and the resulting purchase value falls below the $15,000 qualifying threshold, House of Kennedy reserves the right to cancel the Voucher or deduct the value of the Voucher from any applicable refund, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Voucher Validity
   The Voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. The issue date and expiry date will be displayed on the Voucher.
7. Voucher Redemption
   The Voucher is redeemable on stocked items sold by House of Kennedy, Chatswood Chase, subject to product availability. The Voucher cannot be redeemed for spare parts, repairs or service requests, gift cards or other vouchers.
8. Redemption Location
   The Voucher may only be redeemed at House of Kennedy, Chatswood Chase. The Voucher cannot be redeemed online or at any other House of Kennedy boutique.
9. Single Transaction Redemption
   The Voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the value of the purchase exceeds $1,500, the customer must pay the difference. If the value of the purchase is less than $1,500, any remaining Voucher balance will be forfeited and cannot be used in a subsequent transaction, except where required by law.
10. No Cash or Exchange
    The Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
11. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
    The Voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorisation, except where required by law.
12. Other Offers
    The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless otherwise agreed by House of Kennedy.
13. Limited-Supply Products
    Use of the Voucher towards an item of limited supply does not guarantee product availability or allocation. Waiting lists may apply.
14. Voucher Verification
    House of Kennedy reserves the right to verify the validity of both the Tourism Passport and the Voucher prior to issuing or redeeming the Voucher.
15. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
